Tendinitis & Golfing
Tendinitis is a condition that is caused by the tendons running down your arm becoming inflamed or irritated. This condition is known as "tennis elbow", but to suffer from it you do not have to play tennis. Any activity that uses a repetitive motion in the arm can lead to people falling victim to it. This condition is extremely common for golfers due to the high pressure that is placed on the tendons during your swing and the frequency of that motion during the round.
