The goal of this assessment is to evaluate your mobility, strength, balance, and stability in relation to your golf swing. During this assessment, you can expect the following. 

  • Testing by a golf-specific functional movement screen is performed to identify any faulty stability patterns and/or altered mobility patterns of your body.
  • Assessment of your golf fitness handicap.
  • Analysis of movement patterns and physical limitations ultimately create swing faults.

We offer both in-person as well as remote options for our training programs and lessons.  All programs, in-person and remote, are customized by a TPI Fitness Professional specfic for your goals and physical abilities.  Our easy to use online platform allows you to access the workouts through a mobile app or on a computer.

Personalized Training Programs

A detailed workout plan is developed by matching your swing technique with your physical attributes.

The goal of these training sessions is to build more power and speed into your swing. Through these sessions, you will develop upper body, core, and, lower body mobility, stability, and power within your swing rotation. As you progress in your training you will notice how each session builds a more repeatable and efficient golf swing.

All training programs are designed and supervised by Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructors.
